Hello, I'm Simon and I've been a professional full time tutor for over 7 years with band experience previous to this (recording, writing and gigging) I have played guitar for 20 years

I have an extended Diploma as a music practitioner and hold a grade 8 certificate for guitar.

I am currently putting together an 80's rock covers band/original material, we are Lead/Rhythm guitarist (Male) bass player (Female) and drummer (male) we have over 20 songs prepped, examples being The Cult, Ratt, Gary Moore, Van Halen, Guns N Roses, Dokken, Motley Crue etc. (a full Spotify play list can be sent) We are very committed to playing these songs to a high standard whilst incorporating live elements from some of the artists and adding our own ideas to try and create a great live experience.

We are looking for a vocalist who can sing to a good standard and is open and relaxed, we practice once a week on a Sunday evening (can also flex to Mondays). We are aged 30s to 40s, but we really aren't too bothered about age.

Although we are not looking for perfection, we are looking for someone who can sing the parts well, we are not expecting you to sing as high as Axl Rose but must sing with conviction! We currently play in standard tuning but are happy to drop half a step to make things easier
