Looking to go professional, already play bass in 2 local bands, both covers,one is a ten piece rnb blues band the other is a three piece modern covers outfit, that is looking to play functions next year, we play chillis, muse, all the way through to razorlight. I am essentially looking for function bands, as I would like to make a living from my playing, am certainly a quick learner, and I specialise in funk, but can adapt to any style, have also taught privately. I have been in a serious band, touring recording with Jamie Johnson, who has produced and engineered Razorlight and Paul Weller to name a few,and consequently releasing a single on digital download, we even made the national press, due to having a cunning manager, however I never made any money. This may sound like I'm money driven, this isn't the case, but to make the step from semi-pro to pro, I would lke to cover my rent, and develop as a player all the while. I am based in Warwick, but do not drive, happy to travel.I am an experienced gigger, having played Cox's Yard, Festivals,and all over the country fron London to Liverpool, including the Dublin Castle, and the Zanzibar, looking to add to these experiences.
