Band to Join.ABOUT
I'm looking for a working covers band or other musicians to form a new local band, with a view to playing functions etc. I have played most styles including rock, latin, jazz, pop, soul and country & western ranging from duo's backing cabaret to a 10-piece soul band. I did a couple of am-dram shows in Weston Playhouse in the orchestra pit - I hope to continue to brush up my reading skills. I've backed a community choir at their Christmas concert. I taught myself to play Irish bodhran and played a few folk nights. I like to gig and entertain, and having a laugh is essential. Would prefer the North Somerset area.
