ABOUT

NATURAL IMPULSE are a great four piece band based in North Leeds, Harrogate and Halifax consisting of 2 guitars with male backing vocals, percussion with backing vocals, female vocalist with lead vocals.
We cover most genres of musical styles and we are probably best described as smooth, cool with a hint of jazz, blues, soul rock and popin their set. We tend to play, very laid back, easy listening music at the beginning of the evening and then play more upbeat, dancing types of songs at the end of the evening.

We have a unique knack of stripping classic covers down to basics and adding our own influence to the song, creating a very, laid back feel to our performance. Along with other classic acoustic sounding artists such as Duffy, Etta James,Dusty Springfield and Alison Krause and other upbeat artists such as Eric Clapton, Kiki Dee, Dolly Parton, The Isley Brothers and The Eurythmics, the Band always manage to create a real ambient atmosphere.

We have recently lost our vocalist. We are currently carrying on as a three piece but we are looking for an experienced female vocalist to join us as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who has a great vocal range and has great presence who interacts with the audience (and the band)
