Hi!
Im a music graduate with classical training but i now prefer to sing alternative and rock styles, also with a lot of influence coming from Folk music.
Im really committed to music but haven't yet been involved in a band (I have sung with bands but never been a member) due to the amount of work i had at uni.
I have just recently moved to Manchester (Withington) and am looking to find a band.
Im really interested in experimenting and creating something that isn't done again and again, something different. I have a fresh voice, with a great range and very versatile, love to try new styles and looking for a band who are open minded and want to experiment! I see this as a learning experience for myself, especially coming from a classical background, my voice doesn't sound like every other band girl.
Rehearsing 3 times a week would be perfect for me, although i do currently work in a bar which can take up my weekend evenings.
If possible I would also add Swing, Classic Rock and Acoustic to genres.
