Hi! We are CrushRoom, a London based theatre company looking to source actors, musicians, and composers for our new show 'After the Flood.' This show will run between 20th September - 8th October 2022 at London venue and will include a few weeks of rehearsal in the summer of 2022. All positions are PAID. We are currently pursuing funding which would make payment at least Equity minimum. If we fail to secure funding, we will operate on a profit share with all stakeholders receiving an equal share of the profits. Here is a brief description of the show:
"AFTER THE FLOOD, the earth is broken. The survivors are stranded in the waste of an environmentally ignorant, corporate-controlled world. With the pressure of a new generation on their shoulders, they’re hosting the first post-apocalyptic gig to compose the future with the Inheritors of the New Earth."
Musically, we are looking to evoke a punk, DIY ethereal soundscape, evoking a world that has been lost but also looking to the future. No matter how weird or wacky your instrument is (guitars are great, but also who doesn't love the bongos!), please don't hesitate to apply.
