Wukøng is an alternative metal/punk/grunge band, but at the end of the day we don’t have to stick to any genres and we can do what we want.
I (Dominic) only recently started playing guitar and I am really not very good. Yes, I will get better with time, however I’m not waiting that long. I have been writing songs since I was about 9, and that I believe is my main strength. Our songs will be about a large variety of subjects, from paying respects to bands such as nirvana, to classical literature, to making fun of right wing conservatives.
