Black metal and noise focused musician.
I have a very unpalatable and deliberately shocking/abrasive project called BeHappy
It's a solo project focused essentially on emotional breaks, not very musical! Although highly composed and well produced, in its own specific way.
Ultimately this is my passion project, and very much an intimate solo ordeal.
I'm seeking something else here, a pre existing band in need of members (guitar or vocals preferably, or noise.. I know my sh*t there too)
Essentially, this is so I can play with others.. instead of forever being solitude bound.
Currently learning the first necrophagist albums solo's, so you can put me just under there skill wise on guitar.
I've been making noise, whether analog or digital and creating sample bases sound collages since I was a kid too.
Bass, keyboard etc are cursory skills of necessity and not something I'd advertise.
My vocals are a mix of heavily processed black metal vocals, or raw screaming
I'm not a professional vocalist, emotive but not professional.. however I know my set up well and can get solid sounding screams out.

Essentially though, more depressive and atmospheric feeling black metal or related gloomy music, mixed with the raw psychotic energy of power electronics/harsh noise.
I got into music as a kid through electric wizard, cradle of filth, slipknot, gorerotted etc etc quite a mix
Spent a few years obsessed with doom, psychedelic stuff
But eventually settled into the more fringe and experimental regions of black metal and noise
In terms of joining a band
I don't really mind what genre you make predominantly
If it's heavy, emotive and has room for a little controlled chaos
I'd be well up for having a go.

Nah, nux multi FX pedals, nux loopers, various other loopers..
For the most part I play the guitar these days through amplitude
But still prefer an analog set up for vocals, and more experimental loop based play.
