First off, I am looking for some artists/groups who would like some free recording time. I just put together my new home studio and although it's just a "home" studio, I get great tones. I am trying to put together a demo type disc to showcase my production work and I need some material to record... so if you've been looking to record a couple of songs and don't have the money right now, I'll do it for free - but not forever, I just need 2 or 3 sessions. Influences:

everything from Ben Folds to Dave Matthews to U2... Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Sting (I'm a sucker for the 80's). I also dig some of the new music thats coming from the UK at the moment. And I love 60's/70's motown, funk and R&B. There's not much I don't like except I just can't get into country.

Equipment List:

I use a custom built PC running a 3.0 ghz dual core processor with 2 gigs of ram and SONAR 6 Produce edition w/ all plug ins.
I use the MOTU 896HD and have plenty of killer preamps/mics to get the right tone. I can record up to 18 tracks simultaneously.
