Hey,
We're an established gigging covers band called Covers From Another Mother and we're now seeking a new Female singer to front the band. We have been active for a number of years and have built up a committed following through playing gigs in the home counties over the last 5 years.
We currently play an extensive repertoire of rock, pop and soul covers from bands such as Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fleetwood Mac, Velvet Revolver, Maneskin, Queen, Royal Blood, Foo Fighters, Talking Heads, Undertones, Doobie Brothers, Tina Turner, Justin Timberlake, Queens of the Stone Age, Green Day, Linkin Park etc. We give anything a go! We even do our own take on tunes by the Backstreet boys and Dizzee Rascal
We are looking for someone who:
Must be able to commit to regular rehearsals, have fun and achieve a good standard of performance especially in a live scenario
Must be able to sing to a good standard and not be afraid to connect with the crowd at gigs
Must be able to commit to gigs already booked in May and June 2024
Commit to approximately 1-2 gigs every 6 weeks
Must be available to join band from January
Must have own transport
Can play keys and/or rhythm guitar (Not essential)
