OK so I'm old! Been playing for 48 + years & still trying to get it right! Turned pro. aged 15 with a London based band in 1961 (!!!) |Did 9 week tour playing with The Crickets on the 1962 'Bobby Vee Meets the Crickets' show which was a pretty amazing experience at my age then. Followed that up with sessions work; played with Gene Pitney, Cilla Black, Mike Hurst (ex-Springfields) The Crawdaddies (Blues/Jazz) heavy club circuit for years. Worked in Europe and was youngest drummer doing work for American Special Services for a couple of years. Most recently have been extensively playing in 3 bands and have been a lot on BBC Radio Kent with bands ranging from Ska to Sixties to Blues. Just moved to Ruskington...don't know anyone at all and would really like to play lots more again.

Buddy Rich; Gene Krupa; Chad Smith (Go Chilis!); Eric Delaney; any drummer who can play...my theory being you never stop learning...even if it's how NOT to do it!
