In my mid fifties and been playing bass since I was 16. I'm looking to join (or be part of the formation of) a band to play gigs a couple of times a month - can practice weekly. The sort of music I like is up-tempo country, Americana, rock 'n' roll, folk, folkrock, blues - anything lively and fun to play and listen to. Key things - getting on and having a good time, learning new stuff, getting out and playing regularly.

Influences
Classic 50s rock 'n' roll. 60s/70s rock and folk - pub rock. Americana. - it's hard to say really - good time music to get people dancing.
EQUIPMENT
Bass guitars and rig, Double bass, acoustic guitar with pick-up. Unfortunately I don't have a PA but may have access to one.
