Drivin', tight, lively rock n roll/rock drummer wanted for 50/60's influenced band. Any age - young or old - if you're good and want to play this stuff - you're in!

Newly formed rock n roll/rock band with three mad, mature, experienced players/vocalists who are sadly lacking a drummer - a drummer as enthusiastic about music and playing as we are!

We want to play with gusto and drive - think of the Pirates, the Feelgoods, the Comets, but also with finesse when required.

A team player please - with patience - oh - and a good sense of humour is a must!

Rehearsing once a week in Somerset in an effort to get ourselves gig-ready with a plan to gig 2 to 4 times a month.

Influences:

A lot of the popular stuff from around 1956 to, say 1965 ish - but played with drive!

Although we don't necessarily do numbers from all of these names - we might well do:
Eddy C, Bill H, Elvis P, Gene V, Everlys, Stray Cats, Cliff Dick, Shadows, Ventures, Pirates, Stones, Beatles, Jerry L Lewis , Feelgoods, Brian Setzer - and loads more we can't remember right now (must be our age!)
