Accordion, Fiddle, Saxophone.ABOUT
I have played drums in one of the county's top ceilidh bands for 20 years, also played in a couple of covers bands. I am looking to start a new funky ceilidh band with the intention of touring the u.k and playing the festivals. I have many contacts in the folk world and know the directors of several festivals. I have had the idea for a while but at this years Bromyard Festival a girl i have known for years suggested we start up a band, she plays flute, damn well!, and is the daughter of the chap who set up bromyard folk festival. So we thought we would see if we could find people who wanted to have a go. If you play melodian, fiddle, guitar, bass guitar or brass it would be great to hear from you. There is a gap for a good, funky, fresh ceilidh band.
