I'm looking to put an originals band together, ideally not just a(nother) collection of straight white men... I have a demo album (on my soundcloud) for an idea of the sound I'm aiming for, but happy to work on new stuff - I'm hoping for collaboration rather than a dictatorship!
Most of my gigging experience is through (mostly) acoustic folk music, which is probably why I've found myself writing in 12/8 and 6/8 on occasion. I'm much more comfortable on electric guitar, however.

EQUIPMENT
I have an Ibanez JS100, with practice amp (prepared to upgrade should regular gigs become a thing), a couple of Overdrive/Distortion pedals, a Boss Octaver (I greatly miss playing with a bassist!).
I also have a couple of mics and mic stands, access to a small PA (small open mic size).
