Ladies and Gents, Welcome to the SKINT page!
What is SKINT I hear you say? well its Redditch's ONLY dedicated Indie/Alternative/Electro nearly anything goes night, featuring: live bands every 2 weeks, Regular and Guest DJ's, Cheap drinks and a late bar!!!
Who is SKINT? Well, its the brianchild of Dan Cox and a few of his friends who demanded Redditch had some choice of what they listened to on a night out. Dan then recruited Paul 'DJ Shemp' Stevenson, seasoned from Carnage (R.I.P) to provide his tunage. They then brought it the expert sound tweakageing of Mr James Mulvale on the mixer balancing out those sounds. But most importantly its you, the people that come, drink, dance and cheer!
Where is SKINT? It is currently located at Rush club (former Silhouettes) on Ipsley Street, Redditch. Email us for directions if your unsure!!
When is SKINT? We are EVERY THURSDAY, with bands on a Bi-Weekly Basis. If your interested in playing drop us an email. On 'none band' weeks, we'll still be rocking with the best tunes in town, get your requests in to our Dj's and show your mates your dance moves.
Rules of SKINT? Over 18's only, email if your in a band if this may be an issue, Don't cause trouble or we'll lose the night, support us and the local bands. Have fun and watch those stairs on the way out.
