Musicians wanted for experimental ensemble, friendship, fun and collaborative efforts.

It doesn't really matter how good you are or think you are.
It doesn't really matter what instrument you play.
I'm more interested in finding the right people with the right intention
and the right kind of appreciation for music.
This is not your chance to show off.
It's about forging new relationships through shared expression.
Creating something devoid of ego and delusions of grandeur.
It's about humility, and a willingness to play with a sense of unashamed vulnerability.
And to make something beautiful in the process.

Maybe that sounds like something that appeals to you.

I'm not really looking for people into heavy duty electronics or are "digitally" minded.
Analogue and vinyl still reign supreme in my world.
If you don't have a strong affinity for their work, or even recognise any of the artists below then sorry, but i doubt it'll work out.

my influences include: Boxhead Ensemble, Dirty Three, Tren Brothers, Mick Turner, Warren Ellis, Bonnevill, Palace Music/Brothers and all things Will Oldham (Bonnie 'Prince' Billy), Bill Callahan (Smog), Iron and Wine, Because of Ghosts, San Agustin, Bell Orchestre, Do Make Say Think, Gastr Del Sol, Loren Connors etc… as well as old time country/blues sounds from greats such as Blind Lemon Jefferson, The Carter Family, Washington Phillips and many, many more...

Equipment List:

i sold most of it for the flight back. all thats left is an acoustic guitar and a violin that i don't know how to play yet.
