Hi,
I'm a mostly self taught pianist and have been playing for a couple of years. During the last two years I have had Jazz lessons which has helped improved my playing. What I'm looking for is a band who I can practice with as I need to start playing with other musicians. Although I have no band experience I am very dedicated and am will to put in the practice. I know my way around sheet music and have a decent understanding of Jazz music theory (2-5-1 progressions, comping, soloing etc) I just need to build my band playing experience!
