Played in several bands over the years, but not for a while, and keen to get playing again. Definitely interested in trying out something different. Definitely acoustic stuff but interested in incorporating different instruments and styles, world music etc. Just for fun as I`ve found it always the best way to approach these things. I`ve always been interested in writing material, and always into the overall sound rather than individual techniques.Would love to work with violin and cello

Influences:

Willing to give anything a listen. Most recent artistes I`ve enjoyed are the Imagined Village, Seth Lakeman, Robert Plant. Going further back, Blue Nile, Sunny Ade, Talking Heads,classic Zeppelin, early Floyd. Like interesting melody and arrangements.
