I have been a musician for 40 years, however for the last 8 years I have been playing bass/keys (from midi pedals) in originals bands. I also write songs/music/lyrics and have a recording set-up.
I am currently playing Double Bass a lot, so am interested in Jazz/Big Band or theatre 'pit' gigs as I am a music reader.
Interested in originals bands, online collaborations, pit gigs (music reader), musical theatre, rock/pop/prog, no egos! Although I've been dead set against covers bands in the past, never say never in the current climate.
I've also recently begun playing the upright bass, competent to play big band standards from charts or written music. I'm working on arco, eventually my aim would be to play "pit" gigs especially for musical theatre which is a great love of mine.

Pro quality. Funnily enough including basses made by ACG, a great boutique custom bass maker from Moffat, Scotland.
