I love singing and have always had aspirations of doing a bit of singing on stage, maybe join a band but never actually found the right people to jam and work on music with. Would ideally love to meet some cool people, jam a bit, maybe do the odd gig, sing some covers and write some original material, nothing too serious, I don't have any aspirations to tour or gig most nights... really just meet up once a week for a jam and to learn some songs and then do the odd gig.
Really in it for the fun and enjoyment so nothing too serious, although I do like writing lyrics so would like to explore this more and write some original songs to record at some point.
I have sung on stage a few times, one small gig, a party and with the house band at the Cavern Club and really enjoy it but my experience level is pretty low, however it doesn't bother me getting up in front of people and performing.

I have an acoustic guitar but I'm not great on it, play a few chords and songs but not really keen on doing so in a band as I'm not all that competent.
