I am a professional drummer with 6 years professional gigging experience. I have played in many bands including function, soul, singer/songwriter, alternative rock and progressive. I have just finished my degree in Popular Music Performance and have a very professional attitude towards my playing. I have also had a lot of studio/recording and session experience. I am available for 1 off gigs, sessions, tours and full time commitment. I take my playing very seriously and put a lot of time and effort into learning songs and being prepared for gigs, and working well with little notice and under pressure.

Influences
My influences spread far and wide. My favourite drummer is Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson) due to his tasteful playing and ability to flow through odd time signatures comfortably. I also love the playing of Jojo Mayer, and the innovation to modern drum and bass he brought with his band Nerve. Steve Jordan (John Mayer) has been a big influence to my playing with his attitude of "sitting in the pocket" and how "less is more" when playing the drums.
EQUIPMENT
I own a Tama Starclassic (shown in pics) and black panther snare drum and a combination of Dream, Zildjian and UFIP cymbals. I have everything needed for gigging. I also have all microphones needed for recording.
