Band to Join.ABOUT
EXPERIENCED BASS AND DOUBLE BASS PLAYER.
After trying many bands, it appears that many are just interested in jamming, I want to play live!!
I am a Double bass and electric bass player. Many years gigging experience and many genres played. My early years were spent playing both original and rock covers. Recently and over the last 15-20 or so years I have been playing in a pub/club/festival/function band covering a broad spectrum of material from the 60's up to the present.
I would, ideally, like to step into a band requiring just a bass player to complete their line-up as the aim should be to get out and gig. I don't mind rehearsing, but it has to be in the context of a band looking to create and perform. I am serious about what I want to do, but also believe in having fun along the way, as long as there is an end result. Endless rehearsals to then only play 4 times a year is not my idea of fun.

Far too many to list as I enjoy almost anything and will play almost anything, even if my "fashion" doesn't suit the type of music.
