Been playing bass guitar and a little lead guitar for around 40 years. The bass is definitely my instrument. The last band I was in, a few years ago, gave me the nickname of "Superman". Not just for my playing, but for my ability to learn songs very easily. I am at my happiest when playing the bass. That is my thing. I also do a bit of vocals. I'm quite happy to sing a few songs.

Older bands like Beatles, Stones, Lizzy, Zeppelin, Rush, Gary Moore. Through to later bands like Foo's, Silverchair, Muse, Particular bass players. Paul McCartney, Jaco Pastorius, Geddy Lee, John Paul Jones, Chris Wolstenholme.
