Be Civil, formerly known as Stef Pesic, is a Alt-Rock, Grunge, Indie Rock and Shoegaze Band that consists of Stef, Erin and Ellie - Stef being the primary songwriter. Stef is the main vocalist as well, however we're beginning to write tracks that have co-lead vocals with Erin. We're looking for a guitarist who can add textures (reverby stuff, phazer/flangery) chord inversions and intricate parts to fill out our sound. Fontaines Dc's latest album is a good reference in terms of what kind of guitar sounds we're after. Must have a pedal board set up. We have space for solo's at times, the ones we have are very melodic and fit with the song - We're not after someone who will just noodles along. Having the same influences and a strong fashion sense to match our aesthetic is a must! We're very much about creating a brand for our band.

Current bands we're into: C-turtle, Honeyglaze, Tummyache, Mary in the Junkyard - we wanna lean more into alternative sounds, but some post-punk vibes could be cool, we wanna capture that roughness and put a bit of that into our songs.
