Hi, my name is Ben, i am 41 and have been playing guitar since i was 16. For the amount of time i've been playing you would be thinking that i'm a guitar god - i'm not that, but i can play a bit. I've recently lost my job and have decided to persue some sort of music job/career. I am looking for a guitarist/vocalist to work with. I have no delusions and no glorious expectations with regards to this, but whatever comes of it, will come. I am ready to work at it seriously, so i'm looking for somebody who is just as serious and motivated. I am open to ideas: i have a few of my own. I have a bedroom studio (music production suite), and i have been dabbling with this side of music since 1996, when i first set up with a DJ in the Netherlands - we worked for an up-and-coming record label, but nothing really came of it (a couple of white labels and several performances). It has been a hobby ever since and could turn out to be useful now.

Influences
I like many genres of music and will try to convert many types of song to the acoustic guitar to see what it turns out like. My latest thing is trying my hand at rapping and playing guitar at the same time (not as easy as i first thought).

Cort semi-acoustic and a music production suite (Sonar X3 + many synths and plugins, and all the rest that goes with it).
