VERY EAGER TO MEET NEW MUSICIANS!

After moving to the High Peak area in Derbyshire, I am really hoping to meet some people to jam, but I'd really like to get either ideally a Funk band together, or maybe a fun Ska band.
But, I love Jazz, Soul, Hip Hop, and Reggae so I'm kind of up for owt really!
I've been singing a fair while with different bands over the years, at the minute I do Jazz, Soul, Swing and Blues covers by myself (just using backing tracks as it seems to be the easiest option when I haven't found musicians!)

Anyway,some of my experiences:
I was in a a 10-piece Roots Reggae band, played some medium sized festivals and venues, supported Dawn Penn
Been in a trad blues band
In 2009 I was a guest vocalist on Kid Creole's Anthology Album
Written and recorded with producer YoungR
Employed by Calderdale Council this summer (2016) to sing in their parks as a neighbourhood-friendly scheme
Was once employed as an Amy Winehouse tribute (to be fair I do sound quite a lot like her!)
