I have been playing sax and other wind instruments in all types of bands since the 1960s and have performed with major names from that time until the 1990s, including Bakerloo Blues Line, Jaki Graham, Band of Joy, Little Acre, Zoo Q and backed major Soul Acts in the 60s and 70s. I was lead tenor in the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and played in Germany for Schretzmeier (organiser of Stuttgart Jazz festival). Now only play on a semi-professional basis and want to put something together that is creative and contemporary.
