51 year old man who should really know better. Always played guitar etc. and 25 years ago was in a gigging/writing band.

Got myself some recording software and spent some time writing/recording and realised I'm actually pretty good at it. Would like to make some interesting noises with like minded (and maybe similar aged) people. At my age it would purely be for fun/self realisation/ a lark. Time wasters especially welcome.

I love the sound of country music - I bought myself a pedal steel and can make some nice noises with it but it's fiendishly difficult!
