Happy to try out with any musician/group who value originality over regurgitation and are willing to explore. With FX, you are limited only by imagination.
My soundcloud is years old, my current sounds are considerably different and I was only messing about (disclaimer!)
If I were to construct the perfect band, I would be looking for an idiosyncratic vocalist, who can find novel melodies. And rappers can be good, good rappers.
A drummer who plays fat drum and bass would be cool, or any odd percussion and FX use.
Any bassist/guitarist/pianist who likes to eke out peculiar sounds and twist em into monsters.
