Keyboard.ABOUT
I'm a lead guitarist and songwriter and would like to work with a keyboard player to develop ideas around progressive electronica with a view to (perhaps) adding a vocalist once there is sufficient material. I'm not thinking of anything too experimental, more music which isn't totally predictable but which has good tunes and is accessible by anyone.
The plan would be to develop some music and then gig whenever we can.
I occasionally write orchestral and choral music and during the pandemic collaborated with a keyboard-playing friend to create Dr ToppleOppleOv And The Theatre Of Radical Thought, an an unusual blend of my classical styles with his electronica.
I also play lead guitar with Tru 80s who play 80s covers to audiences around Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire.

Progressive/alternative music of all sorts but with the emphasis on a contemporary sound, good tunes and a modern approach rather than a replication of 70s-era Prog.

Sensibility
Sensibility Track number: 1 Year: 2023 Album: Crazy Barista Genre: Progressive
Although there are a few different musical styles amongst the 90 minutes we have, this is probably the best example of what we're trying to do. The vocals are by a friend and for demo purposes

97% (Demo) Track number: 4 Year: 2012 Album: Crazy Barista Genre: Progressive
More funk/rock than progressive but it will break up the set. The vocal melody in this demo is played by a bassoon.

Lessons In Hyphenation (Part Of)
Lessons In Hyphenation (Part Of) Track number: 3 Year: 2010 Genre: Progressive
A tongue-in-cheek study of the perspective of a corpse buried in a shallow grave. This is an old favourite from 2010 updated for 2023. Wonderful vocal by a past collaborator.
