I've been playing music since aged 8, starting on the "Modern" electric organ, learning clarinet and saxophone and in the last 15 years piano. I'm a professional actor so used to performing on stage and singing in musicals etc. in front of hundreds of people but since my teenage days of playing the organ in pubs and restaurants around the Fylde coast have not performed with a musical instrument in hand. I'm looking to join a group of musicians who want to develop a set that can be gigged locally and preferably are minded to write some of their own stuff too. I am pretty busy working most of the time so local set ups to Blackpool are my only option currently.
