We are a group of pretty talented '40 something' musicians with years of gigging experience in various genres of music. Looking to recruit a keyboard/frontman (woman) to work together on a set of R'n'B/acid jazz/funk style songs. Initial idea is to put out a 'JTQ/booker T' type thing so keys is key (ha)! Hammond, Rhodes etc. But possibly explore the realms of acid jazz/soul - see where it goes. Lineup so far is Bass, Drums, Guitar (and multitude of brass to call on if necessary - sax, trumpet flute etc). Think cool, funky, retro vibes!!
