Like a lot of people, I picked up the guitar a number of years back, put it aside, and then started again about six and a half years ago. I had lessons consistently, but unfortunately, I realised too late that as skilled as my instructor was, I wasn't actually learning a lot. Theory stumps me no matter how hard I try and I get stuck in A minor pentatonic. I want to break out of that and learn to play with others.
