ABOUT

I'm looking to join a project (new or existing) that wants a live drummer playing on dance music, or music with dance influences - anything from drum and bass, punk-funk, indie disco, dubstep, EDM, techno, house, hip hop, experimental/glitchy electronica, etc. If it's groove-based or loop-based, I'm interested. Check out the videos to see me playing some dance music outdoors.

If you're an electronic musician (or any other type) interested in doing something a bit different with a live drummer, please get in touch. I'm open to hearing any ideas and playing with anyone, and I prefer to get in a room and start jamming as the best way to see if it'll gel.

I've been drumming for 30 years (on and off) and have played all sorts of styles: folk, funk, punk, post-punk, metal, indie, drum and bass, and more. So I can blend a few styles if the project needs it.

I'm looking to practice in the Southend / Leigh on Sea / Benfleet area. I'll be committed to the right project as, if a thing's worth doing, it's worth doing well. But I'm not actively looking for fame or fortune - doing it for fun then see where it goes. Hopefully speak to you soon!
