Our band formed in Spring 2023 and comprises guitarist, bass, keyboards and drums. We're looking for a female vocalist with their own transport to front the band.
We're based in the North Somerset area and are rehearsing weekly. Our aim is to play around 1-2 gigs a month.
We're playing pop/disco/R&B music suitable for weddings, functions, parties and maybe the odd festival.
Currently, the initial set list includes songs by Shalamar, Paloma Faith, Corinne Bailey Rae, Amy Winehouse, Commodores, Labelle, Donna Summer, Randy Crawford, The Jacksons.
Adding a male vocal to our line up will complement our sound.
He needs to take a lead vocal some of the time (alternating with our female vocalist) and provide harmonies when she takes the lead vocal.
(NB The 45 years playing music listed in this ad is my own experience and all of the rest of the band have played for quite a few years too.)
