CRYSTAL X is a UK based alternative rock band founded in 2010 in the depths of a dingy old garage.
The bands singing sorceress, Xiomara Crystal armed to the teeth with her fathers 1980s Stratocaster and rhythm guitar connoisseur Marcelo Cervone, have both been writing and performing original rock songs since the age of 14.
The bands battleground drums hail from ‘mad Scotsman' Hector Cottam, tapping into his untamed nature and taking inspiration from idol John Bonham.
By following in the footsteps of distinguished bands like U2, 30 Seconds To Mars, Muse, Evanescence & Halestorm, the young trio is ready to carve their legacy in the institutional power house that is British rock; not to mention, recording their debut EP at renowned Abbey Road Studios seemed liked a good place to begin.
The band continues to strive for new heights through an engrained ethos, deriving from the ancient Latin word ELECTUS meaning: ‘We are the chosen’.
