I am a singer looking to join a band as a vocalist or background singer to perform at different gigs. I am 18 years old and have been singing for around 3 years. I was part of the Sandhurst School vocal group where me and a group of students attended local prestigious gigs through the school. We sang in an ensemble of 6 where I took the alto harmony mostly and various solos throughout the gigs. We sang acoustic folk and pop music and some of our gigs were gala dinner for the Mayor of Bracknell and Sandhurst and Romans estate agents awards ceremony. Once I left Secondary School, I went to Artemis College and studied performing arts full time. Through college I was able to work on my musical theatre technique and perform in many shows at my local theatre. Some shows were Alice in Wonderland where I played the role of Alice and I also played Mrs Potts in Beauty and the beast the Musical. I have since graduated from college and am now working at The Arts Centre, Hounslow where I have been offered my first paid professional role as Wendy in their pantomime of Peter Pan. I am currently still working at The Arts Centre but am looking to continue working on my singing outside of this job!
