Brought up on Classic Rock and Rock n Roll, can sing and play many genres, from ballads to shouty stuff, but shy away from screaming and growling, have fronted Indie and Rock Bands, can play lead, but typically play Rhythm and Sing. End of the day performing music is about entertainment, not egos or fantasies, done the full time Musician thing in my 20's, its not fun, now just do for fun, impress chicks and have a good laugh.

Influences
Quite varied influences, dont get stuck on genres, voice suits Country Rock best, but not adverse to doing anything, if there is a song in there and I can sell it, if I cant, I wont do it, just because someone wants to play a song.
Singer Influence, All the Classic Rock singers from the 70's like Paul Rodgers, Robert Plant, Dio, but cant sing like them, few can, my voice closer to Gary Allan with a bit of Bon Scott, so suit Country Rock, but will have a go at many things, have even done U2 and temporarily fronting an Indie Band project right now, while looking for a more appropriate singer. Looking to do another Project too, more suited to my vocals.
Guitar vast influence, I've been fortunate to play with some really good Lead Guitarists in the past, who play as a day job, so mainly done rhythm, when I do play lead I tend to improvise rather than learning by rote, my biggest influence that is a known name probably Malcolm Young and I kind of do the same function in a Band, as the Engine, trying to impress with widdling not my style, more impressed by those who play notes that mean something and if going to play fast and dynamically can do it in an entertaining way, like Angus Young, Slash, Bonamassa or Moore, guys like Kossof and Clapton influence me more on Lead Playing.
