ABOUT

I am a solid, steady eddie rhythm guitarist with years of experience playing in gigging cover bands in Herts/Beds. I’m more than happy to take an backseat and keep the engine running while a lead guitarist sprinkles some flair into a song. Own transport and gear. I’m looking for musicians wanting to start a cover band. No idea or genre off limits currently.

I have provided vocals previously both fronting a band and as backing. I don’t claim to being a singer by any means but happy to chip in as and when needed or leave it to someone more capable.

I stopped playing when my daughter was born but feel the time is right for me to step back into music and take to a stage again.

For me, the vibe is everything now I’m a little older and wiser than when I started playing in bands. I’m too young to quit playing all together but old enough to not want to deal with egos in a band. I’m very easy going and my only real motivation is to make some noise that sounds good and do it in good company and, eventually, in front of an audience.

Influences

My music library on shuffle is a mess, but a beautiful mess. It can go from male voice choirs to Slipknot and everything in between. No genre is off limits as long as the feeling is good.
