Guitarist wanted for originals and the odd left field covers band. Playing wise, think Americana, blues, Chris Stapleton/Joey Landreth/Keith Richards/Allman/Trucks for style. Band comprises bass/lead vx, organ/piano, drums and sax. All are capable and experienced, with a positive attitude and we're after the same for guitar. The guitar features heavily as the songs are written on this. Not loads of solos, but riffs and a certain style.
It's a friendly setup, and fitting in personality wise is as important as ability. 30s-50s ideal age but the right fit is more important. We're writing and rehearsing, but about ready to start looking at gigs. Aiming for select venues and small festivals.
