I'm a mature singer-songwriter currently recording self-penned songs. Mainly acoustic (indie-folk style), though some will be in a more electric format. I'll be soon looking for competent musicians to provide additional instruments/bvs to the recordings e.g. solos, backing etc.
Possibilities could be, for example:
Acoustic guitar: (think of Red Shea's contributions to Gordon Lightfoot's earlier recordings)
Violin: (think of Martin Jenkins's work with Bert Jansch)
Sax:
Harmony backing vocals:
- or practically anything else is feasible
Recording will likely be in GU18 area.
Strictly a DIY/non-pro project, so no money, unless the project eventually becomes money-making.
Gigging is a possibility.
