I would like to get together with like minded souls to create/cover some space -rock, psychedelic tunes a la Hawkwind. I have pretty basic rhyhm guitar and vocal abilities and a smattering of bass, and lots of imagination and creativity. Talent much less important than the love of the music and a wish to create something really uplifting, and to eventually be gigging locally (and beyond?), a bit of recording and to get a memorable show together linking with artists, projections, writers, poets....Please no egos though as this has got to be fun - the rest of life is stressful as it is ;-).

Hawkwind, Gong, Daevid Allen, Magic Mushroom Band,. Pink Floyd (early) 13th Floor Elevators, Canterbury Scene, Caravan etc (for this project - love loads more styles from Crass to Motorhead, to Joni Mitchell).
