Based in Cannock/Rugeley.
We are experienced passionate musicians (35 year old and rest over 55) who are requiring a drummer and a new bassist also backing vocalists to get up and running with a 'bluesy' jazzy classic maybe into rockabilly or skiffle if we can work it: kind of soul classic quirky sexy gravely thing going on. We also want to experiment with other instruments, harmonica mandolin since I am writing some Latino feeling songs in Spanish.
I'm Lindsey, lead singer 35 ,and pianist who has worked solo, recorded and wanted to break out of backing tracks. I am composing an album of original music just now and we are working on those pieces also to develop with new band. We have our own means to record these and will be recording the tracks professionally. Then there is arrangement for video when the track makes it to record. I’m also a designer so I have been making artwork for the cover of my first two covers albums and are working on the face of the singles we are working on.
I've got the Winehouse/Joplin/Holiday kind of slant so I hear just as a general point in that direction. I.e. the sound of some peoples souls who have seen their fair share seem to come out like this
The boys are full of soul, one plays like satriani, closes his eyes and wrings the neck until it cries out with emotion, and the other has a look like Lennon and just as cool too, he plays everything we throw at him on his guitar synth so fills the room with an orchestra then a whole brass section and so then throws down some dirty ass blues clean. . Oh and he just loves his blue suede shoes!
One guitarist has been on the circuit for around 40 years and has been relatively successful, and has much varied and real organic experience. The other guitarist has about the same length of experience and I have been making music since I was 4 on piano and have varied experience on stage, musicals, operetta, choirs, orchestras, solo singing, couple of bands, recording, song writing and have been working hard over the past couple of years honing my art and learning to write music compose and getting the right contacts to get where we want to go.

Full of soul, very passionate, experienced we all work hard and have great sense of humour and plenty of time for like-minded people who want to share their unique talents with us we have a democracy and share the limelight so it's all good. But were champing at the bit to go ahead with our big plans and are just waiting to complete the circle.
