DJ EMYA is a rapper and producer from Northamptonshire, a dead-end county few people know about. He wants to change that. He began playing music in church as a teen, getting the feel for catchy chords, but became more interested with jazz and hip hop. He's built up a following on Tik Tok, having over 120k views, sharing singles built around rough deliveries and jazz/funk riffs. With experience playing guitar, bass and keys, he builds songs from scratch, using catchy jazz riffs like A Tribe Called Quest. He is building up to an album release, with fans awaiting more of his unique combination of synths, keys and guitar.
