I am 50. I'm a bass player, with own gear, transport and a commitment to working out the riffs even if my natural ability is lacking. I have played in a number of bands and my latest group has played around 60 gigs and recorded two EP's so I have a little studio experience. Love the buzz of a popular gig, so I guess covers are the way forward as originals bands are so hard to find gigs for that pay and are well attended.

Influences
Husker Du, New Model Army and Killing Joke. The Clash, The Jam, Cardiacs. More recently Therapy?. I am a bit of a punk rocker at heart so retain a loyalty for any raucous punk bands that are British: Peter and the Test Tube Babies, SLF, Buzzcocks etc. Faster the better.
