Resurrection.
A very creative bloke who's into most arts and crafts. E.g. ex-video game designer, amateur painter; ex- silversmith and jeweller but my most important creative outlet is music.
Writing, listening and playing (badly many moons ago) bass in a rock band, bass in a 'Smiths influenced band (what a mistake as I found the song-writer was obsessed with Morrisey). Not my kind of music but I like some Smith's tracks.
Then started to write on PC (Steinberg) for several years. This was mainly me but with a few collaborations.
I can sing (on my own stuff) but I'm not sure that it'd good enough for a lead vocal.
I'm just beginning to learn Mandolin and hope to able to jam some time soon. I wouldn't be able to do so currently.
When I feel competent enough with mandolin I'm open to jams; joining a band but mainly song-writer partner/s.

Some modern country (not 'My Mammy got bitten by her pet hog) e.g Crosby Stills and Nash, Matthew Southern Comfort', Bread; Neil Young; Hal Ketchum; Miley Cyrus; etc.
Reggae:
More the 60's/70's stuff.
Motown and Northern soul.
Blues.
Folk e.g. Fairport;
And everything else. Klezma, Indian, South American and so on.
I'm more a songwriter than a musician at the moment.
