Hi folks, I've been playing musical instruments since I was 5 years old. My dad bought me an acoustic guitar at that age so that translates to 17 years experience playing guitar! I enjoy playing many different styles. Initially I played Rock N Roll, and then my tastes moved to pop-punk style stuff. After a few years I started looking at Jazz guitar and joined a Jazz band that was at school. This was good fun but wow the guitar parts were tricky! I stuck with it though! Rock music and Classic Rock have always been my go to, but because of my dad's influence I am a massive fan of the Blues and of Southern Rock. Joe Bonamassa, SRV, Marshall Tucker Band, Allman Bros, Skynerd... You all know the style I mean. Aerosmith have recently grown on me in a massive way and I would say now I even write with an influence of them too. I write my own music and sing my own songs. I would say my own songs are rock songs, they have good grooves and have upbeat vibes. My ideal scenario is to find people to start a band with and use some of my material and absolutely write group songs. It's the second best thing after playing live! I started to play the drums about 9 years ago and consider myself a competent drummer. I don't consider myself a technically gifted drummer, but I do have good rhythm and give a punchy, rock sound.
