A 23 year old drummer (primarily), lyric writer, rhythm guitarist and singer. I can bring energy and a true work ethic to a group who put fan entertainment first (not just making people laugh, I want to play sets that tap into the full human experience). Drumming is what I am most experienced at - got to grade 4 in year 10 before ditching the grades and playing in local bands with school friends.
While helping a committed band perform Irish roots music to entertain London and beyond is my goal, I would be open to building a song writing partnership with members of the band who dabble in a bit of that. Music to me is about escapism and giving people a break from life's mundanity and struggles. While I am open to experimentation and big ideas, I think the band I want to play in should have entertainment and the human experience at its heart. I would be happy to play with people of all ages and backgrounds, as long as Irish traditional music is what they love.
