I have been playing shows here and there with metal bands in different cities for over a decade. I predominantly play bass guitar, but I have also been similtaneous lead vocalist, or backing vocalist for most of those gigs. I mostly play fast, technical music like metal, but I also have experience playing with blues and soul bands which has influenced my improvisational style and helped train me to have a strong sense of rhythm. In my twenties I have moved more towards progressive and groove based metal.
I would consider myself a fast learner who is very keen and expressive. I like to perform on stage and I really like learning new techniques.
I am currently a PhD student so my schedule can be quite flexible most of the time.
